Cookie Notice
Last updated : 27 July 2026
Pickup (“we”) uses cookies to provide and improve its services related to the Consigne Pickup app, the pickup.fr website, and the support center hosted by Zendesk. We rely on third parties to help us in this regard.
Some cookies are strictly necessary for our site and/or app to function, while others are optional, such as audience measurement cookies and are only activated with your consent. The first time you visit our site or app, we will ask you to make a choice. You can change it at any time using the dedicated button on the site’s cookie statement page or the Consent Management menu in the Settings section of the Consigne Pickup app.
Below you will find a detailed description of how cookies work on this site, which we regularly update.
What is a “cookie”?
“Cookies” or “trackers” are technologies hat allow information to be read from and written to a terminal device (a computer, tablet, smartphone, connected object, etc.) when browsing a website, reading an email, or installing or using software or a mobile application, regardless of whether the user is logged in or authenticated.
When a user browses the internet, cookies or other trackers are placed on their browser and follow this path: they are generated by the server of the site being visited and sent to the browser, which saves them on the hard drive of the user’s terminal device. Cookies or trackers, which contain a small amount of data, make it possible to retain information about a user’s interactions with the various pages of a site.
In addition, associating a unique identifier (tracking via an identifier calculated from the technical information of the device) with the cookie or tracker allows the server to retrieve and combine all the pages visited by the same user (for example, to build a profile for that user and subsequently display targeted advertising based on that profile).
These cookies are also used via our support center hosted by Zendesk and are used to personalize webpage content, remember your preferences, and analyze traffic to Zendesk.
We use two types of cookies:
- “Session cookies”: these delete themselves automatically when you leave the Zendesk webpage.
- “Persistent cookies”: these help us recognize you when you return, so that we can provide you with a personalized service.
The details and lifespan of each cookie are shown in the tables below.
How can you customize your cookie settings?
The first time you visit our site, you will have the option to accept or refuse the use of certain cookies.
If you do not want cookies to be installed on or read from your device, a refusal cookie will be installed so that we can record the fact that you have objected to the use of cookies.
Likewise, when you accept the use of cookies, a consent cookie is installed.
You can change your preferences at any time. Unless you delete your cookies, your choices will be kept for 6 months, after which the cookie banner will be displayed again so you can express your choice once more. This is to ensure that your consent remains up to date.
You can also automatically block cookies by changing your browser settings. If you configure your browser to disable, reject, or block cookies (including essential cookies), some parts of our application may not work fully.
Pickup may temporarily use cookies provided by third parties. The information collected via these cookies may also be used by third parties for their own purposes and under their own responsibility. If necessary, this cookie policy will be updated accordingly.

What cookies do we use?
