How your Click & Collect parcels are transported

The parcels are collected straight from the logistics warehouses by Chronopost or Colissimo.
There are two options for managing these parcels in your stores.

If your stores are already part of the Pickup network:

Then you’ll have the necessary tools, and be used to managing parcels that come from Chronopost or Colissimo for the pickup service. No changes are required, and within just a few days you can deploy a click and collect solution in your network, by integrating your own stores into the delivery solutions used for your e-commerce site.

If your stores are not part of the Pickup network:

We’ll make our parcel management app available to you in all your stores, to manage parcel receipts, pick-ups, returns, and more. Pickup trains your employees in using the app and in the business processes. At the same time, we integrate the service on your tools with our carriers, according to your constraints.
