Delivery of parcel in Pickup point after a home delivery failure, in case of customer absence

In case of home delivery failure:

The parcel is delivered to the nearest point. Customers have 8 to 14 working days to pick up their parcels (depending on the carrier).

According to customer choice:

With the Predict service or via a note in your mailbox, customers can choose a Pickup point delivery by informing the carrier.

The parcels are scanned when they arrive in the Pickup point. Customers are then notified by email and / or SMS.

The customer has to produce his ID card. Another person of his choice can also collect the parcel. This person must present his ID card and the recipient's one. If the parcel is to the attention of a company, a Kbis extract is also requested. The parcel is delivered against signature on the PDA.
