Please contact your hotline from Monday to Friday at the number on the base of your PDA.

If you have a pick up in a Pickup point, the parcel can also be picked up by someone on your behalf. This person will also need to produce his ID card and yours.

If you have a parcel in a Pickup Station locker and have not received your codes, check in the spam of your mailbox or contact your carrier who delivered your parcel:
