The parcels are scanned when they arrive in the Pickup point. Customers are then notified by email and / or SMS. They have 8 to 14 working days to exchange their parcels (depending on the carrier).
The consignee has to produce his ID.
Exchanges can be "simple" as a parcel delivery against a parcel return, or "personalized" with content controls of the return parcel (eg conformity check of equipment, control of serial number, ...).
Exchanges can use specific boxes used for both delivery and return of materials.
