Upon drop off:
Customers drop off their parcels containing a defective product. Exchanges can be made in parcels or using pouchs available in the Pickup point. Customers receive proof of deposit.
The parcels are then collected the same day or the next day.
Upon pick up:
The parcel (or pouch) containing the repaired material is delivered in the same Pickup point. The parcel is scanned when it arrives in the point. The customer is then notified by email and / or SMS.
