Online customers buy a product and choose the delivery in the brand' shops close to home. These shops become Pickup point exclusively dedicated to the delivery of parcels of the brand.
All brand' stores are trained and equipped as a Pickup point.
The parcels are scanned when they arrive in shop. Customers are notified by email and / or SMS.
For pick up the parcel, the customer must produce his ID card. The parcel is delivered against a signature on the PDA.
